- QualityTrak, the Quality Management System, is designed to support the entire
- purchase price. QualityTrak tracks product problems identified by internal
- development people and by SupportTrak, the Customer Management System.
- QualityTrak logs the origin of the bug, the products affected, and release
- levels affected. A short description of the bug is entered on the main bug
- screen, as well as bug priority codes, severity levels, the engineer assigned
- to the bug, and the dates of assignment. Products affected by the bug are
- tracked by source and binary modules, as well as documentation or manual
- numbers. Bugs associated with other known bugs are cross-referenced by the
- Bug Management System. QualityTrak includes the following features: bug life
- cycle tracking, project assignment, failure incident reporting, priority
- issues tracking, resolution activity history, online tech bulletin, MTBF
- calculations, failure metrics summary, repair analysis, and parts life cycle
- tracking.
