  11. levels affected.  A short description of the bug is entered on the main bug
  12. screen, as well as bug priority codes, severity levels, the engineer assigned
  13. to the bug, and the dates of assignment.  Products affected by the bug are
  14. tracked by source and binary modules, as well as documentation or manual
  15. numbers.  Bugs associated with other known bugs are cross-referenced by the
  16. Bug Management System.  QualityTrak includes the following features:  bug life
  17. cycle tracking, project assignment, failure incident reporting, priority
  18. issues tracking, resolution activity history, online tech bulletin, MTBF
  19. calculations, failure metrics summary, repair analysis, and parts life cycle
